Pittsburgh 3rd in AFC North

Predictions from some ESPN guys, and Steeler fans are pretty upset about it. I’d agree that they’re probably the second best team, but if the Bengals improve, who knows, they could finish ahead of Pittsburgh.
Why do people think the Bengals will be good?
QB: Andy Dalton
RB: BenJarvus Green-Ellis, Bernard Scott
WR: A.J. Green, Mohamed Sanu, Jordan Shipley
TE: Jermaine Gresham
O-Line: Whitworth, Wharton, Cook, Zeitler, Andre Smith
That looks like the all-average team to me. QB is average, RBs are below average, WRs are below average, TE is average, O-Line is average to above-average. I think the Bengals win 6 games. The Steelers will pull out 9 or 10, just like every year.
